The Private Law Moot in Sydney, founded in 2014, is a regional moot on Australian private law such as company law and equity and trusts. SMU was the youngest ever university to reach the international championship final.
Latest Highlights
Andrea Seet, Enzel Tan, Pesdy Tay, and Fiona Tham represented SMU in the sixth edition of this moot which dealt with a variety of cutting-edge issues in trust law. The team won the top prize for Best Memorials, a first for SMU in this competition. Chen Siyuan coached the team.
