The Attorney-General's Cup, founded in 2011, is the first local inter-university moot. Various issues of criminal law are set at different stages of the competition. In the first 2 editions of the competition which did not have a mandatory NUS-SMU final, SMU won 2 cups and 2 Best Speaker titles. The subsequent editions mandated NUS-SMU finals following 2 all-SMU finals.
