International Criminal Court Moot

The International Criminal Court Moot in Den Haag, founded in 2005, is one of the 7 Grand Slam moots that SMU participates in regularly. With more than 100 teams participating annually, it is the world's largest and most prestigious moot on international criminal law and international humanitarian law. SMU has the best track record in this moot, having reached the final 7 times and won the championship 6 times. It is also the only university to have successfully defended the championship (and has done so twice), the first such time in the history of Grand Slam international moots, and was the youngest ever university to have won the moot.
