After 5 rounds of competition, Jolyn Khoo, Darren Ng, R Saravanan, Claudia Tan, and Jonathan Tan emerged as champions of the 2017 edition of this moot. This year's moot was based on investment arbitration and saw around 30 teams participating, with the top half qualifying for the international rounds in Kuala Lumpur. The team, which was coached by Sean Sim'17 and Daniel Ho'17, also won Best Claimant Memorial, while another SMU team won Best Respondent Memorial. This was our second championship and third championship final appearance in this competition.
