56 competitors registered for the 2019 edition, and the semi-final featured 5 SMU alum: Daniel Ho'17, Saw Teng Sheng'17, Alvin Tan'15, Shriram Jayakumar'18, and Lee Chuan'18. Justice Julie Ward, who presided the final, declared the Shriram-Chuan tandem champions. Alvin was named Best Speaker, while Dennis and Daniel won prizes for written and oral submissions.
