FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT (FDI) MEDIATION MOOT

A team comprising Ong Pin Ern, Chloe Lee En Jia, Mustafa Shafiq Shakir, Elliot Teng Z-Kai, Nicole Chan Shi Qi and Slevin Chua represented the school in the inaugural Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Mediation Moot, a mediation competition focusing on investor-state disputes and supported by UNCITRAL. The team (Chloe and Pin Ern) was awarded 1st runner-up in the Mediation Category. Special thanks to alumnus Benedict Koh (LLB, 2021) who coached the team.
