TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Applicants should be highly proficient in English.
- Applicants from overseas are not entitled to apply for a Student Visa. They will be required to apply for their own visa/pass by referring to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website at https://www.ica.gov.sg/.
- Enrolment is subject to approval. A written confirmation will be sent via email to successful applicants approximately one to two weeks before the start of the Term.
- Save in limited circumstances prescribed by SMU Law Academy in writing, auditees will not be permitted to undertake the formal assessment modes (such as individual/group assignments, individual/group presentations, quizzes, or final examinations) for the course, and are expected to abide by the guidelines of the respective course instructors on class participation.
- Auditees have the following privileges at SMU Libraries:
- Loan privileges of 12 physical items for 21 days (including one reserve item for three hours use within the libraries).
- Access to selected electronic databases (Westlaw, Lexis Advance, LawNet, JSTOR and HeinOnline).
- Auditees will not have access to SMU sports or other facilities.
- SMU Law Academy reserves the right of cancellation. Full refund will be given to an applicant if the application is unsuccessful or if the applied-for course is cancelled. We regret that no refund will be given in any other circumstances.
