SYNOPSIS

Designed with the busy practitioner in mind, the SMU Law Academy (SMULA) “Recent Highlights – What You Need To Know” series provides participants with a convenient platform to obtain timely and practical bite-sized analysis of the latest developments in various areas of the law. The series will be taught by leading and experienced experts curated from academia and practice. Each topic in the series is distilled into a short-duration online webinar so that busy legal professionals can be effectively updated with the most material developments affecting their practice. 

This recent highlight series comprises the following webinars. Participants can pick and choose which webinar(s) to attend.

• Webinar 4: A Bird’s Eye View of the Current Law of Minority Shareholders’ Remedies in Singapore:  Highlights, Developments, and Strategies 

Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. For this activity, this includes having their attendance recorded in the manner required by the organiser, and not being absent from each day of a module for more than 15 minutes. Participants who do not comply with the Attendance Policy for any particular day of a module will not be able to obtain CPD Points for that day of the module.
