Continuing Legal Education at the SMU School of Law warmly invites you to apply to audit LL.M. courses offered in Term 2 of Academic Year 2017/2018.
Participants auditing the LL.M. courses are welcome to attend and observe the interactive seminars taught by our instructors. Classes will commence on the week of 8 January 2018 and are expected to be completed by April 2018 (unless otherwise indicated).
The number of places available for each course is limited. Registration will be subject to availability of places and the consent of the instructor in question, which is given on a case-by-case basis. A certificate of attendance will be awarded to the participants at the end of the course provided there is 80% course attendance.

SMU School of Law's LL.M. Auditing Programme is accredited as a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) activity by the SILE (Singapore Institute of Legal Education) and participants who meet SILE's CPD requirements may claim Public CPD points. Participants who wish to claim CPD Points must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. For this activity, this includes having their attendance recorded in the manner required by the organiser, and not being absent from each day of a module for more than 15 minutes. Participants who do not comply with the Attendance Policy for any particular day of a module will not be able to obtain CPD Points for that day.
