SYNOPSIS
Digital markets and sustainability are two key issues which competition regulators are increasingly concerned with.
With the rapid development of digital markets, many regulators have adapted existing competition laws or implemented new laws and guidelines to address potentially anti-competitive practices in digital markets. Separately, many countries now view environmental sustainability as an important priority. It is important for competition regulators to understand how they can support sustainability initiatives, while ensuring that such initiatives do not impede fair competition between businesses.
In this seminar, our speaker will examine how competition regulators around the region have sought to address these two key issues in recent years.
