The organisers of this two-day conference are bringing together leading academic scholars, corporate counsel, practitioners and tax leaders working in the fields of corporate law and governance, takeovers, securities regulation and insolvency and restructuring laws, to discuss complex corporate governance issues that confront Asia and globally.
Topics covered in the discussions will include diversity on boards, ethics and culture on compliance, effectiveness of soft law mechanisms such as corporate governance codes and new frontiers of corporate governance and impact of technology.
