*Amount payable upon acceptance to the programme. The registration fee includes matriculation, examination fees, orientation activities, library & computer account.

Tuition Fee

In total: S$119,900 (inclusive of GST), 

  • Non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of offer : S$13,080 (inclusive of GST).
  • 1st billing (before the term commences): S$25,070 (inclusive of GST)
  • 2nd billing (by the mind of Year 1): S$38,150 (inclusive of GST)
  • 3rd billing (by the beginning of Year 2): S$43,600 (inclusive of GST)

Extra SGD 10,900 (inclusive of GST) will be charged each academic year after the fourth year, until completion or once the maximum candidature period is reached.

  1. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a tax collected on behalf of the Singapore Government and will be charged at the prevailing rate.
  2. Payment should be made online via the Student Self Service. The check is no longer accepted. 

Financial Assistance

  1. SMU alumni are eligible for a 10% discount on the DLCG’s tuition fee.
  2. Incentive awards to outstanding students of each cohort.
  3. Based on agreements among partner universities, financial assistance, including tuition fee discount and scholarships, will be provided to certain students.
