SUCCESSION, TRUSTS AND FAMILIES
The seminar consists of two panels with a line-up of some of the most respected leaders in the field. In the first panel, the speakers will unpack the issues surrounding advising clients about succession planning and prevention of family disputes.
The second panel focuses on the use of trusts as a form of succession planning. The panellists, drawing from their wide experience, will address both the legal and practical aspects of succession planning and discuss the usual contributing causes to bitter family disputes and how family tension can be better managed.
