SYNOPSISBuilding on the success of the first Horizon Scanning event in December 2025, the Asia-Pacific Research Alliance on Law and Sustainability (APRALS) convenes its second Horizon Scanning event, bringing together leading environmental law scholars from across the Asia-Pacific region. The event will explore emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in sustainability law through expert panel discussions. One presenter from each of the four APRALS member institutions will identify early, or “weak,” signs of potentially important developments in sustainability law based on their area of expertise. The 60-minute event will feature four 10-minute horizon-scanning presentations, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with the audience.
