Saw Cheng Lim is an Associate Professor of Law in the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. His research and teaching interests lie mainly in the law of intellectual property, and he has published widely in both local and leading international journals. A number of his articles have also been cited and endorsed by the courts in Singapore, Canada and the United States. Cheng Lim holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge. He is also an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
