Advisory Board
The School of Law Advisory Board was established in January 2007. The Board is chaired by Mr Lucien Wong and features Supreme Court judges, senior litigators and corporate lawyers, managing partners of law firms, partners of foreign law firms, etc.
OBJECTIVE
To provide advice regarding School of Law's academic programmes of study, and related matters and activities.
The related matters and activities include curriculum development, internships, scholarships, international student exchange programmes, and employment of the School's graduates.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOARD
To give advisory assistance to the School in two main areas:

The changing needs, in terms of expertise and attributes, of lawyers in legal practice (whether as judicial officials, practitioners or corporate counsels) in Singapore and in the region; and

The engagement and involvement of the legal fraternity in the life and activities of the law school.
EXPECTED FREQUENCY OF MEETING
2 times per year
